As of November 1,
2004, Contech Research completed its successful separation from our
financial backers and became a wholly owned test facility, servicing
the interconnection and electronics industry.
Be assured that the
overall operations of our company have remained unchanged. Contech

that test sponsors have come to expect since the company was founded
