A2LA: Contech Research has received accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation is a nonprofit, non-governmental, public service. A2LA provides laboratory accreditation in specific tests. Laboratory accreditation is based on internationally accepted criteria for competence (ISO/IEC 17025:2005). ILAC is an international cooperation between the various laboratory accreditation schemes operated throughout the world. ILAC first started as a conference in 1977 with the aim of developing international cooperation for facilitating trade by promotion of the acceptance of accredited test and calibration results.
